'Bristol Blue', Broadmead Shopping CENTRE, Bristol

This project was a collaboration with the landscaping firm 'Reckless Orchard' to redevelop the 1950s Broadmead shopping centre in Bristol. 

The theme 'Bristol Blue' refers to the blue glass that was produced in the town in the 18th and 19th centuries for the production of medicine and laboratory bottles. The paving included a blue line made of recycled glass bricks, and a number of stone spheres. Where the spheres met the blue line, they were covered in blue mosaic.
